Healing Retreats
A Journey to Inner Peace and Transformation
I’m Terry Jordan, LCSW. Most of the year you’ll find me in the therapy chair—whether that’s my Portland office or a telehealth screen connecting me to Miami. But a few times each year, I trade four walls for open sky and invite a small circle of clients to join me on retreat. Think of it as counseling, nature, and intentional rest braided together into one weekend—or sometimes a full week—designed to shake loose whatever keeps you stuck.
Why Choose an Inner Visions Retreat?
Weekly sessions are powerful, yet they unfold in hour‑long slices scattered across busy calendars. A retreat, by contrast, gives us an uninterrupted block of time. You can exhale, unplug, and let the deeper work rise without hopping back into traffic five minutes later. Many guests tell me three retreat days feel like three months of insight.

Take the First Step Towards Transformation
Healing doesn’t always happen in fifty‑minute rectangles. Sometimes it asks for tide pools, tall pines, shared meals, and the courage to leave your phone in airplane mode. If your gut says a retreat might be the deep breath you need, let’s talk.
